Con una numerosa participación de las familias de Virgen de Lourdes, se desarrolló este 27 y 28 de setiembre, la Feria de Salud Familiar en la Asociación Deportiva (ASODE) de esta localidad, beneficiando alrededor de 200 vecinos con atenciones preventivas de salud, charlas educativas e informativas, entre otros.
La actividad se desarrolló gracias al trabajo articulado entre los dirigentes y líderes de los comités 10 Sur, 11 y 12 sur, 13 sur y 13 Sur A, el Puesto de Salud Virgen de Lourdes, Agentes Comunitarios de Salud y Asociación UNACEM.
Durante la feria, las familias visitaron los diversos módulos educativos de acuerdo a sus etapas de vida. Los niños recibieron vacunación y control de Crecimiento y Desarrollo; los adolescentes, charlas educativas sobre habilidades sociales y cómo prevenir las infecciones de transmisión sexual; mientras que los adultos mayores aprendieron cómo mantenerse activos y saludables.
